blue or black?

I think, a lot of white with "orange red and green touch" (traffic lights ;-) ) is a friendly idea because it's mean :

Black is too agressive...

I've been gone for a long while (a year?), but last I heard, "Black Frog" was officially declared not the proper name of the project (as opposed to "Okopipi"). Was this memo reversed later?
