I suggest using this voluntary botnet scheme to target websites that threaten net-neutrality.

Big business (namely AT&T and the gang) would like to get control over the last piece of true freedom left by introducing a two-tier internet (charging more money for specific content).

A voluntary botnet army would surely make the point to any organisation which advocates the destruction of the most important asset to humanity that they aren't in control - we are - and that's the way it is going to stay.
