The Okopipi Project

I wonder if anybody knows what's the current status of the project, maybe I'm wrong, posting this question in here, but we're talking about things we would like to see in the upcoming frognet, possible problems, scripting/programming languages a.s.o.
Does at least one programmer / responsible person look at our entries and keep that in mind when it comes to the point in deciding or programming something?
What's the status of Okopipi anyway, is any help or brainwork needed or is this here just a forum in which only spammed users are talking, but without any effect to the final "product".

I hope I'm ok with the chat guidelines, if not, please tell me or delete my question. Also sorry for my "mistakes" I may make, but English is not my native language (German is ...).

Since the Blue Frog gave up I'm looking for alternatives besides regular spam filters. I receive about 10 spams per day (a year ago, about 10 per week) and it's hard to separate the good mails from that scum.

Maybe Okopipi ist the right (and legal) way, but for me it looks like that it takes quite a while until the first frogs are challenging the spammer's network and I would like to do something against it now ...
